| In Brief | A study to determine the safety and effectiveness of a blood glucose lowering drug in people with type 2 diabetes. |
| Detailed Description | During this year long, approximate 19 visit study, eligible volunteers will receive the following study related care at no cost: investigational study medication (including chance of placebo, an inactive ingredient), clinic visits, study related physical exams, electrocardiograms (ECGs), a glucose meter, diet training, laboratory work, and compensation for time and travel may be provided. |
| Subject Requirements | You may be eligible for this clinical research study if you are a type 2 diabetic, taking at least 30mg of Actos a day. |
